| Process: |

|
Nikoo
Forge Pvt. Ltd. Manufactures all type of Closed
Die & Drop Forge. The
Closed-Die Forging process is used to manufacture intricate
shapes with quality and quantity. A slight variation in
shape & Dimension require separate set of Die,
with our team work we could develop 120 types of item
from establishment of organization.

| Raw-Material: |
 |
|
An important
factor for manufacturing of a product is the availability of
raw-material in from of billets and bars. The steel plants
of india are regularly produced different grade and size of
material in from of billets & bars which is our
raw-material, we purchase the required grade and size of
material only from approved source which are approved
traders, company.
The mode of
transport of material from unloaded from the truck into
stock yard with help of E.O.T crane. We have enough space in
stock yard to place the same grade of material section wise at
one place a part from other grade and section size.
Unload
material are spread over for visual inspection, lab
testing, color coding and stacked at its on proper place.

| Cutting: |
 |
Production in charge
issue the slip to cutting dept which have details like part
name, material grade & section, length and No. of pieces
which has to made cutting dept. cuts the bar on Hackshow machine
or Shearing machine and stacks the cut piece in lot. All lots
are identified with tag which has needed information.

| Die-Shop: |
 |
|

|
|
We have all
facilities to fabricate a die for particular component.
Presently we make about 30-sets of dies and tools per month.
Which includes for regular production as well as new developed
items.
To support
this manufacturing process we have milling M/c, Shaping M/c,
heavy lathes and EDM. Die for round parts
are make on lathes and other dies are made on Milling M/c
& EDM.
After compellation
of die, we are taking cast of plaster of paris is taken out
from the die-cavities. Then Plaster of paris is thoroughly checked for all
the dimension in drawings and report are filled for reference
before releasing the die for production.

| Forging: |
|
|
|
Finished
die are loaded on respective hammer and trimming and coining
die are loaded on respective presses.
Before
starting the production dies are preheated to about 350
Degree Centigrade and sample piece is forged to verity
dimensions are as per product drawing.
Now
cut piece are bought from the cutting shop and charged into
the furnace and are heated to 1100 Degree-Centigrade to 1200
Degree-Centigrade in furnace equipped with temp. controller
and indicator. Heated stocks are placed on the die manually.
No. of drops given to hot metal to get required shape.
Oxide
layers are formed on the heated material are blow on with
the help of compressor air to clean the surface of the
heated part and die surface to achieve clean forging
surface.

| Trimming: |
|
|
| Hammered
parts are placed on the trimming tools on the respective
press to trim out the extra material. i.e. : Flash around periphery
of finish component. This extra material is being
maintained to the minimum level in the industry through
better die design.

| Heat-Treatment: |
|
|
|
We have In-House Advance
Heat-Treatment Furnace for the purpose of Heat-Treatment
as per the requirement of the customer, like normalizing, annealing,
quenching & tempering, stress relieving etc..
|
|
Shot Blasting:
|
|
|
|
Heat treated parts are send for shot
blasting for product cleaning purpose.
|
|
Visual
& Final Inspection:
|
|
|
|
The parts are enacted for visual defects.
Magnetic particle inspection ( if specify) and finally
the dimensional checking is done as per drawing and report
are filled up for reference.
|
|
Packing:
|
|
|
|
Despatch of
the complete products are depend upon the customers requirement.
(i. e:) Gunny gag packing, plastics bag packing with wooden
box.
