Nikoo Forge Pvt.Ltd, Established in the year 1996 on a modest scale with a single forging unit, Nikoo Forge Pvt. Ltd. has emerged as on of the prime source for steel forged parts. The plant of the company is located at Village: Veraval-Shapar of Rajkot Dist. in Gujarat State.

The forging facilities include a battery of close die drop hammer machine. Nikoo group is an integrated operation with Advance Die making facilities and modern Heat Treatment set-up comprising of Batch type Oiled  Fired furnace. The dedicated team at Nikoo ensures quality assured supplies to original equipment manufacturers & the replacement market.

The plant is well equipped with Die-shop, Cutting-shop, Forge-shop. There is a laboratory for quality control of material and implementation of full-fledged quality control system.

Achievements:

The company started commercial production 1996 years with a single hammer of 1-Ton Capacity. The positive response from our valued customers make us strength to install one more hammer of 2-Ton capacity in the year 2004.

The qualified & experienced teams of professionals try and obeyed the policy of the company. This has help us to achieve the honor of an 9001:2000 certified company in Jan-2005.

The company was able to develop 120 items of parts within span of 10  years. As a result we are manufactures various type of component.
